The system has frequently been used throughout Europe for over ten years and has formed the foundation for Express Bi Folding Doors success.

The system differs to other bi folding doors because rather than the individual door panels being hinged to one another they are hinged to a central floating mullion. This creates a great deal of stability throughout the door meaning the XP1 is the most robust on the market. The XP1 is ideal for commercial applications were usage will be high, and the increased strength and stability means the XP1 is ideal for doors over large spans of 8 metres upwards.

The system boasts a polyamide thermal break for superior insulation is virtually maintenance free and boasts fantastic weather ratings with a rebated bottom track. For a minimalist finish a 33mm flush threshold is available creating a seamless transition from inside to out.

White and black profiles are kept in large stock allowing ourselves to manufacture bespoke bi folding doors immediately from specification sign off. The profiles are available in any one of over 200 RAL colours as well as a variety of finishes.

Turnaround times vary throughout the year however our UK manufacturing base means we can often supply bespoke white and black doors within seven working days and have your folding doors installed within a matter of weeks, not months.
