First aired on Grand Designs in November 2010 the finished site was re visited and aired in November 2011. This truly special project designed by Robert Gaukroger is undoubtedly one of the most impressive properties that have been showcased on the popular television programme. The property has several XP1 folding doors installed throughout as well as numerous aluminium windows. The property benefits from commercial quality glazing which not only keeps heat within the property but reflects the suns heat away also thus preventing the glazed areas making the home to warm in the summer.
The specialist nature of this project is illustrated by the coloured glazing supplied, as well as the shaped glazed windows and most of all the spectacular glazed atrium. The video and galleries for this project highlight that should you require a large scale project with numerous specialist items you do not need to import products from Europe nor use several different companies. Every glazed product featured in this project was manufactured in Leeds, as well as our project team looking after the installation from initial site survey right through to completion.
The property also boasts two twin track sliding patio doors as well our aluminium windows throughout. The project gallery illustrates how skilled property developers can utilise our products to create a superb new home.
