Vents can be incorporated into any roofing system supplied by Express. Natural ventilation has been all but eliminated in today’s homes due to the use of modern building materials and construction techniques. Roof vents allow regular air changes within the conservatory, creating a more comfortable environment on warmer days. The vent also offers slim sightlines for an enhanced aesthetic appeal and an integral drainage system, available as a manual or electrically operated system as detailed below:

Manual Operation

Electric Operation
The electronically operated roof vent is worked via a remote control and wall point, which will be installed by our in house electricians. As well as electric operation the vent boasts rain censors which will automatically close the vent should the weather turn for the worst.
